www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) contest Terms and conditions

The contest is valid for residents of India only.

The terms and conditions contained herein and the terms of Contest Announcement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the contest by www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.). You agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not use this service. www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

You agree that you are legally capable to enter the Contest and agree to the Terms and that you are competent (i.e. you are of sufficient age and mental capacity) and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement or your parents have consented to your entry of the Contest and use of these Rules.

Rules specific to each contest are displayed on the web page posting for such contest (the "Contest Announcement"). In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Contest announcement, the Contest announcement shall prevail.

To participate in the contest you need to log onto - http://www.flyphone.in/fly-contest.php. As soon as you press REGISTER , it is presumed that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions and have agreed to receive the contest question. Contestants playing as a GUEST and choosing option REGISTER LATER enjoy no contest benefit.

www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) shall conduct lucky draw to announce the winners for the contest. The winners will be determined as per terms specified in the contest announcement. The winners shall be intimated through EMAIL.

www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) will conduct the lucky draw as per its choice. www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the lucky draw and the contest itself from any party whatsoever.

The winners shall win prizes as announced by www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.). The selection of prizes is as per the sole discretion of www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.). www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) reserves its rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, prizes, etc., without notice to the users. www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to cancel any part or all of the prizes.

The winner must claim his/ her prize within 15 days of the announcement by www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) by furnishing his / her identity proofs such as VOTER ID CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVING LISCENCE etc. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) reserves its right to transfer the prize to the next winner chosen in the same draw. The first winner automatically surrenders his/ her right to the prize and shall not make any claim there under.

www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest. (c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 18.

www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be responsible for:- (i) any EMAIL message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (iv) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative.

www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, geographical or cultural issues, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or the prize.

All VENDORS / AGENCIES / DISTRIBUTORS / RETAILERS / EMPLOYEE dealing directly or indirectly with www.flyphone.in (Meridian Mobile Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be considered as legal contestants. All such entries shall be discarded.
 
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, New Delhi.
