Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants must become a fan or follower of the official BitFang.com page on Facebook to start playing the contest.
2. Only participants who have successfully added the official BitFang.com page / identity and those who have posted asking their friends to participate in the BitFang.com Contest will be considered eligible to participate in this contest.
3. The winner for the day will be selected through the following criteria:-
   1. He who updates his status on Facebook asking his friends to join the BitFang.com Fan Page.
   2. He who successfully hunts the answer and mails the answer first to marketing@bitfang.net
4. However, the final decision on the winners will be taken by the contest jury.
5. Please note that the participant doesn't need to write about BitFang.com only in his 'comments'. The subject matter of the post has to be around the contest completely. No additional merit will be allocated to posts with subject matter being or related to BitFang.com
6. Those who successfully find the answer to the clue and questions will win an exclusive prize
7. The person who consistently finds the answer to all the clues will win the Grand Prize.
8. In case of a tie between participants for the Grand prize, the winner will be chosen by a draw of lots.
9. You do not need to purchase/own anything from BitFang.com to participate.
10. The contest duration is 1st August - 31st August 2010.
11. The winners will be declared through an announcement on Facebook.
12. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed.
13. The prize will be couriered to the winners. BitFang.com will not be responsible for lost/stolen/damaged item.
14. By entering you agree to these terms and conditions.
15. This Contest is open to only Indian national resident in India. Corporate, Agencies, employees of BitFang.com, its business associates and their immediate family members are not allowed to take part in this Contest.
16. BitFang.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
17. No nudity, foul language or otherwise offensive content is allowed.
18. BitFang.com is not responsible for participant not being able to understand the Contest mechanics or for his interpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
19. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
