All you need to do is activate GPRS with your mobile operator. Operator data charges may apply. Most operators offer a free GPRS plan with no monthly rentals, you only pay for what you use. You can complete a transaction by spending only a few paise in data usage charges. Call your mobile operator to know more. With ngpay, you only pay for the price of the product or service as charged by the ngpay partner.
